Times

The doors of REACTiVATE will open at 12:30 on Saturday 20 January 2024. The first DJ will start at 13:-00 hours. At 00:00, the event will end. Please note, the entrance to 013 is open until 20:00 but we recommend being present from the start to not miss anything.

Minimum age

The minimum age for REACTiVATE is set at 18 years. Legitimation in the form of a valid ID card, passport or driving licence is required.

Didn’t receive your tickets?

You have not yet received tickets for REACTiVATE in your mailbox. You will receive these tickets on Thursday 18 January from 23:59 onwards, provided they have been personalised at that time. If you have not personalised your tickets, they will not be sent.

Have you personalised your ticket but it is still in the wrong name?

Then use the Name Change Module of Paylogic. How does this work?

Go to your Order Status, you can get here by pressing the button: ‘Manage Order’ at the bottom of your confirmation email from Paylogic;
Click on ‘Name Change’ and fill in the correct email address of the person to whom you want to send the ticket;
Pay € 3, – transfer fee and the tickets are sent to the right person.

Can’t attend REACTiVATE?

Then only sell your tickets via TicketSwap.

Location

During REACTiVATE, all areas in 013 are open, which also means access to the balcony in Area 1 and Area 2, chill-out in the basement of 013 and more! Outside, there is an extensive food court. Be sure to make use of these spaces too.

Cashless & Food

REACTiVATE will be held at Poppodium 013 in Tilburg. Throughout 013, payments are made cashless by pin, please consider this. An extensive food area and smoking area have been opened especially for REACTiVATE, both are available until 23:30.

Lockers

In 013, you can use lockers. From 2022, it will no longer be possible to rent a locker with coins. You can easily rent a locker in 013 in two ways when entering: reserve a locker by scanning the QR code or reserve a locker via the operating terminal in the locker wall. Explanations for this can be read on the spot and service staff are constantly on hand to help you.

Bag policy

You are not allowed to bring backpacks inside. However, small handbags of maximum A4 size and about 10 cm thick are allowed and may be brought inside. We recommend you store large bags in the car or leave them at home.

An e-mail will be sent to the person offering the ride. As soon as this person confirms by e-mail, your ride is arranged.
