Location

REACTIVATE will take place at Poppodium 013 in Tilburg. 013 is located at Veemarktstraat 44, 5038CV in Tilburg. Please note: do not enter this address as your navigation address, but choose one of the surrounding car parks. See the ‘travel’ section for more information on how to get to 013.

During REACTiVATE all areas in 013 are open, which also means that the balcony in area 1 and area 2 are accessible, there is a chill-out in the basement of 013 and more! Be sure to make use of these spaces too.

Times

The doors of REACTiVATE open at 14:00 on Saturday, January 18, 2025. At 00:00 the event will be over. Please note, the entrance to 013 is open until 20:00 but we recommend being there from the beginning to not miss anything.

Minimum Age

The minimum age for REACTiVATE is set at 18 years. Legitimation in the form of a valid ID card, passport or driver’s license is required.

Parking

There are several car parks within walking distance. The closest is the Tivoli Parkeergarage, which is directly adjacent to our building. The car parks at Pieter Vreedeplein and de Heuvelpoort are 3 minutes’ walk away. Here are the addresses for your navigation system:

Owing to its ideal location, the 013-Tivoli car park can get very busy during concerts. As pay-on-exit tickets for this car park can only be purchased in the car park itself and not in 013, we advise using the pre-paid ticket button after 18:00 hours on concert days. You then pay €6 in advance and can park until closing time, and don’t have to stand in a queue after visiting 013.

If you are parking for less than three hours, not using the pre-paid parking option might save you a little money, but at the risk of standing in a long queue when leaving.

Public Transportation

Poppodium 013 is located 1 km walking distance from Central Station Tilburg, this is about 10-15 minutes walking.
The nearest bus stop is the ‘heuvelring’ stop, a 2 minute walk from 013. For up-to-date departure and arrival times, please check 9292.nl.

When will I receive my tickets?

You have not yet received tickets for REACTiVATE in your mailbox. You will receive these tickets on Thursday 16 January from 23:59 onwards, as long as they are personalised at that time. If you have not personalised your tickets, they will not be sent. It will already be possible to sell your tickets via TicketSwap if you cannot attend.

Transfer tickets to another name

Did you, already, personalize your ticket and do you want to change the name? Then use the Name Change Module of Paylogic. How does this work?

1. Go to your Order Status, you can get here by pressing the button: ‘Manage Order’ at the bottom of your confirmation email from Paylogic;
2. Click on ‘Name Change’ and fill in the correct email address of the person to whom you want to send the ticket;
3. Pay € 3, – transfer fee and the tickets are sent to the right person.

I cannot attend REBELLiON, what do I do?

Too bad you can’t attend REACTiVATE! From 3 weeks before the event, it will be possible to safely sell your tickets via TicketSwap. This is therefore possible without the tickets having been sent out. To do so, follow the steps below:

1: Go to the confirmation e-mail you received from Paylogic;

2: In the e-mail, click on the button at the bottom: “Manage order”;

3: You will now enter your MyOrder environment, click here on “More actions”;

4: Click on the option: “Sell on TicketSwap”;

5: You will now be redirected to TicketSwap, follow the steps on their website.

Please note that only the main booker can offer your ticket on TicketSwap.

Payment method

Since 1 August 2020, 013 has been completely cashless and you pay digitally via PIN at 013. Coins cannot be handed in since 1 February 2023.

Earplugs

Remember to also give your ears a rest from time to time and don’t stand in the noise for too long. For more information, visit: https://ilovemyears.nl/. At 013, we also sell them. Look for the devices on the wall; you can’t miss them. Or just ask one of the staff.

Lockers

In 013, you can use lockers. From 2022, it will no longer be possible to rent a locker with coins. You can easily rent a locker in 013 in two ways when entering: reserve a locker by scanning the QR code or reserve a locker via the operating terminal in the locker wall. Explanations for this can be read on site and service staff are constantly on hand to help you.

Food

REACTiVATE will be held at Poppodium 013 in Tilburg. Throughout 013, payments will be made cashless by pin, please bear this in mind. An extensive food area and smoking area have been opened especially for REACTiVATE, both available until 23:30.

Bag policy

You are not allowed to bring backpacks inside. However, small handbags of maximum A4 size and about 10 cm thick are allowed and may be brought inside. We recommend you store large bags in the car or leave them at home.
